David Zylinski is a native Californian who has lived and worked in San Francisco for over 25 years. He believes that, "San Francisco is the most uniquely beautiful city in the world with homes as diverse as the cultures who reside here."

David began his real estate career in 1991. After a successful career at other brokerages, DavidZ moved to Keller Williams San Francisco Properties and designed and implemented a mentoring program to equip new agents for entry into their new career. He believes in showing new agents how to create intense, high quality relationships that lead to satisfied clients and successful transactions.

He specializes in selling special homes and multiple unit buildings and works all areas of San Francisco from Pacific Heights to Noe Valley. The majority of David's business is in Noe Valley, Upper Market, Castro, The Haight, Ashbury Heights, Corona Heights and Cole Valley. He also has expertise in condominium conversions and stays current in the latest legal aspects of this process.
